Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York
I fell on a sidewalk at an apartment complex in January of this year and would like to know if the apartment complex management would be able to provide me with a copy of the tape for that date.
Im trying to establish the cause of my fall.

It is unlikely that the building owner will voluntarily provide you with the tape. They have no legal obligation to do so. I assume that as a result of this incident you were injured. If you would like to speak with counsel please feel free to call for a free consultation.
