Your ex-wife has absolutely no privilege to contact your employer and spy on your work ethic.

Furthermore, your employer, likewise, has no business discussing your affairs or schedule with third parties. You have to instruct your employer not to discuss your affairs with anyone and also warn your wife in writing about snooping on your affairs and to cease and desist or face the consequences in court or by your serving her with an order of protection.
