where to find a financial funding source for pre paying a personal injury judgm

Sirs,

I am lookig for a person or for an institution to fund, to pay for some * expense *in preparation for the trial in a personal injury case in a case against the New York city and the NY PD. * Funds * are needed for a professional expert witness, investigator etc.

Money would be returned upon receipt of the compensation. A judgment in a related case was already entered in the US District Court but was not yet collected

My suggestion is to take out a revolving credit loan. Borrow as you go and pay back on receipt.
