Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York
GL Med Pay provision - NY case
minor fell in playground broke elbow. Parent with child, so no liability on the part of our insured. minor/clmt has not come forth to present a claim, however, recieved a lein letter. Question: do I owe this lein provider payment of med bills, if the injured party did not present a claim, and is our policy excess or primary.. thanks

Re: GL Med Pay provision - NY case
Thank you for your inquiry, but unfortunately the subject matter is beyond our field of expertise. It is best directed to attorneys that specialize in insurance defense and lien law. Our firm does not specialize in those areas.
