Hi,

is the insurance company liable if a nail salon provides an illegal service such as using a blade and ends up causing a major injury or can they claim that they are not responsible to any illegal proceeders that the salon provids

Did someone intentionally do something to you or was it negligence? It sounds like the nail salon was negligent, which is actually better for your claim. What is your injury? I handle these cases so feel free to call me.

Interesting question. The answer may depend on the wording of the nail salon's insurance policy. Nuance counts, so speak with a lawyer before proceeding on your own. Best, M. E. Zuller
