Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

I was hit by a car in 1984 I sued the parties responsible and settled out of court for 10,000 dollars..Can I sue them again now or is it to late to do so?

No. Presumably, you signed a "release" in order to settle the initial case. Even then, the statute of limitations has run.
