Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

Hit by car years ago

Was crossing strret and hit by car going 45 in a 30 in 1990. Released from hospital after 3 days,nothing broken, physical therapy for 6 months for weakness in back and neck. Have recently been treated for neck and shoulder problems and find the car hit shifted my entire clavical area. Problem will increase as I continue to get older. I believe statue of limitations is up. Any other options?

The statute of limitations for adults in New York

for motor vehicle accidents is three years from

the date of accident.
