Re: Injured at work (chemical related)
Having handled several toxic exposure civil suits, I can tell you that you need to have medical specialists who can casually link the chemicals used on the course to your condition within a reasonable degree of toxicological or medical certainty. You will further need to know exactly what chemicals were being used, concentrations, frequency, etc.
Please contact me if you would like to discuss this matter further.

You should have your case evaluated by an experienced attorney in this field; it is beyond my area of expertise. I recommend attorney David E. Woycik at SANDERS SANDERS BLOCK & WOYCIK, 100 HERRICKS RD, MINEOLA, NY 11501. 516.741.5252
You can look at their website as well.
Best of luck.

Depending on where you reside you should consult an attorney who is experienced in handling cases involving toxic products and OSHA and State regulations.
My office is located on Long Island and I would be happy to meet with you to discuss this in more detail.
When was the exposure, and when was the diagnosis?

Hello. I use to work at a law firm with an office on vestal road. I have been to the Workers compensation board in Binghamton on numerous occasions. I know the best attorneys to help you get your comp case established which is really the first step in pursuing this matter in the courts. Once the case is established at comp., you can see whatever doctors you want and get a better picture of which of those chemicals is responsible for your disability. Though i am now in Rochester, I can certainly help you get in touch with the right attorney and the right physicians in Owego or Binghamton. If you are interested please contact me. If not then i encourage you to get a comp attorney involved as soon as possible.
