Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

I was involved in a automobile collision with an American Airlines tug on the ramp at the Airport. Since that day I has tried several times with a lawer to get in contact with the airlines concerning issues regarding the collision to no avail. It has been a whole year and my lawer keeps telling me they havent heard anything from the airlines. Is there a way i can get in contact with american airlines?

Typically, upon receipt of a letter of representation from a lawyer, the airline will notify their insurance carrier who would in turn contact your attorney.
