Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York
Liability Waiver
I am having some work completed on a house that I have purchased and are unable to buy homeowners insurance to protect myself from workers personal injury because the house is not occupied as of yet. Theworkers on the property do not have contractors insurance. These are family and friends, is there a waiver or doc out there or that can be drawn up to protect myself? Thank you

Re: Liability Waiver
This is not the type of issue you want to tackle by yourself - it will be worth your while and the relatively small expense of meeting with an attorney and getting a properly drawn document, and other advice that will protect you from exposure for injuries that potentially can occur.
