Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York
I live in Upstate New York. I want to have someone cut up some trees for me. The deal is they get free firewood from it and I don't have to pay them anything for doing it. My question is I want to make sure that this person and/or any of their helpers cannot sue me or my insurance company for injuries or for any thing else. Thanks.
