I am very sorry for your terrible ordeal. Generally, the statute of limitations (time limit in which you have to sue) is 3 years in New York but it is extended in limited circumstances. Product liability and mass tort cases are complex and driven by the facts of a particular case. You can call me, Pasquale Calcagno, Esq., for a free consultation at 1(800)WE-FIGHT.
