Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

went for a massage in a chair and woman who was doing the massage was very strong tell her to slow down and then within seconds she hit my back so hard landing me on the floor which cause a tear in my mencius and then I was diagnosted with rsd due to the fall

You have a case. The issue is whether the masseuse has insurance to cover the loss. Was she part of a massage parlor, etc.?
