Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

mcdonalds

my son fell at mcdonalds on shoes that were laying everywhere. He ended up cutting his head open. There was a shoe cubby but not all the childern had there shoes in there. I think it is mcdonalds respones abilty to make sure the rulse are being inforced. If they were checking up on thing this would have never happened. They also do not have a play at own risk sign
