Middle age woman breaks leg getting off of bus

Middle aged women getting off of charter bus, is rushed off. The bus is parked incorrectly and not next to the needed outside step attachment. Woman is told by driver ''she's fine''. Women attempts to descend, falls and breaks leg in two places. Bus staff rushes out, calls 911 and apoligizes for mistake. Women develops other medical aliments. What is a proper minimum settlement?

What are the other medical ailments? Any prior fractures in that leg? What was her health before? Does the bus company concede liability?

In what county is the lawsuit pending? What state? Who is the insurance company, etc.?
