Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

A minor child who was a passenger in a car that struck my car and totalled it is now suing me for injuries. This happened in New York. Is this right? Can myself as a victim be sued by this child's mother for his injuries? I was t-bones by the person driving the vehicle that this child was riding in. I am a resident of Massachusetts.

More importantly, were YOU injured when your vehicle was struck? If so, you may be entitled to compensation for your medical bills, pain and suffering.

As a general rule, a passenger injured in a vehicle will name both drivers to ensure that at least one (and possibly both) is deemed responsible.

If you need further assistance, do not hesitate to contact me via email.
