Miscarraige due to car acciddent

I was involved in a car accident. I was 6 weeks pregnant. Two hours later I started to have spotting. This lead to my miscarriage. Do I have a case for suing the other person. The Insurance company came back and said each of us was 50% responsible because there were no witnesses. The other woman lied about what happened. She was at fault. Anyway, I was just wondering if I had a case to Sue. I was also in the hospital for a D&C because of the miscarriage.

It is possible that you can hold trhe other driver responsible for the miscarriage, but you will need some strong medical evidence. I recommend that you talk with several experienced lawyers who have handled auto cases and ask these questions.
