Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York
this morning at a bakery i chip my tooth while biting on an empanada. I walked out and went straight to my dentist. I didnt inform the manager or the girl behind the counter cause i was in pain, what recourses do i have now to have them pay for my crown that i am going to need?

Report the incident to the restaurant manager immediately, and if possible, bring something from the dentist's office explaining what remedial work is needed. Presumably, the manager will forward the matter to the insurance carrier for review. Best, M. E. Zuller
