Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

Mr. Lewis took Prozac and has Tardiff Dyskenesia

I began taking prozac in 1997 or 1998. At the same time I developed panic attacks which left me out of breath and unable to function. Today I experience

right arm muscle spasms, difficulty speaking and breathing. I stopped taking prozac in 2000. I looked at the work Peter Breggin MD has done on this subject, and it appears that even though my neurologist says otherwise, that I have Tradiff Dyskenesia. I have heard that there is a lawsuit pending against Prozac. My question is do you know of any attorneys who are doing a class action lawsuit against the makers of Prozac, and can I join?

I do not know about a class action regarding Prozac, but it would not suprise me. You should search the web, as there are a number of good class action sites. There are also a number of law firms which do primarily these type of cases, and those firms also probably have websites. I would suggest searching on the words "Prozac class action."

Good luck!
