Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York
Neighbor was in her driveway and says she fell on hose coming out the side of my housrapping around the front for sump pump. The runs 4 feet along the base of the sun porch and has been there for 9 years. It used to be covered by a gutter that they destroyed or removed some time ago. She says she tripped trying to water my grass. Does she have a case?

You should notify your insurance company now, not wait until a claim develops. Most carriers require the insured give prompt notification once there is any reason to believe a claim MIGHT be made. Better to be safe, in case there's a case. Best, M.E. Zuller
