In NYC, does MTA entity pay the No-Fault benefits?

If you are referring to a passenger on a public bus, the answer is yes, unless the passenger owns and insures his own vehicle. If the latter, the auto insurance carrier pays no-fault. Best, M. E. Zuller

It depends. Sometimes the MTA owns the vehicle but it is leased by another company who operates the vehicle and sometimes the MTA both owns and operates the vehicle. I have seen cases where MTA did pay for no-fault and cases where it did not.
