Options for a witness that pervades the truth
It has recently come to my attention that the other insurance company is denying any liability because they say that their witness says I was at fault. Other than obtaining a lawyer for a personal injury suit,is there anything that I can do to notify other agencies of these lies?

You should immediately consult with and retain your own PI attorney.
In the meantime, You should NOT "notify" any other agencies, entities or persons concerning the particulars of your case or incident.
You should expect that ANYTHING you say, orally or in writing, will probably be used against you. Your attorney will be best able to protect your interests and case for trial or settlement.
