hi, i need some help here, i was into a car acc 3yrs ago, and now i need surgery on my neck and my no fault company said they arent paying anymore of my medical bills because the ime they sent me to said i was n pre accident cond.....thats BS so now what do i do?

Actually, your situation may depend on the exact date of your accident, as well as who was at fault. If the accident was not your fault or you were a passenger AND the accident was less than 3 years ago, then you should retain counsel to file suit immediately against the driver of the automobile. If the accident was more than 3 years ago, you should appeal your insurance company's no-fault decision. There are instructions on the letter you received.
