Personal Injury
my son was injured while riding an ATV on private property - there were no posted signs and the gate was open. He was airlifted to a medical center and is still undergoing treatment for a back injury. He has no insurance and cannot work. Do I have a case to sue them for negligence?

It appears that he may have a case but I need more information. Was it his ATV or someone elses? How did the accident take place? You don't say what caused the accident. Even if your son was "trespassing", property owners are obligated to take reasonable care of their properties. More information is needed here to determine whether a case is possible. Best, M. E. Zuller
