Personal Injuty in a Cuban hotel - can I sue the hotel's foreign owner?

A tourist was injured while on premises of a Cuban hotel. The hotel is owned by the Cuban government and a foreign company. Whom can the tourist sue?

What you can do is determine the residence of the foreign owner, and sue both him and the hotel in that jurisdiction.

You can sue in NY, also, if you are a NY resident.

This question is about 'jurisdiction' and is controlled by the 'long-arm statute' of NY.
