Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

Personal pharmaceutical prescription records rereleased to individual other than

Pharmacy relleased my perscription record to x-wife. X-Wife did not have permision or obtain record and no court order was isued have my record released. Records were used to cause me actual damages in legal fees. Legal services were needed to defend against temporary order of protection issued for false allegations of mental problems based solely on prescription records. The pharmacy insurance company said the phamacy is not covered for this act and will not pay any of my legal fees based on the release of my records by their client. What can I do to get money from the pharmacy to help pay for my legal fees?

The answer would be a lawsuit...you would still sue the same entity but insurance would not cover....but then, how do you know there is no coverage..were you sent the policy..or just taking their word...or did they send you a letter...

Good Luck
