Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

Prison Based Tort Case

I am writing to submit a request for legal representation with regards to two personal injury cases that origanated out of the same New York State Correctional Facility. I am a paralegal and had proceeded, up to a point with the filing of pro se claims in the New York State Court of Claims in both of the cases. One case involves an inmate who was injured during transfer from one prison to another and the other case involves a civilian who was visiting her husband at the prision where she became ill during the visit and requested medical attention on several occasions and was denied said medical attention and was told to leave the prison. As a result of and clearly in direct opposition to the policy and procedures for dealing with medicl emergency, as per directive as well as policy and procedure manual. In any case the woman was injured as a result of driving off of the road and is currently receiving medical treatment, as is the above mentioned state prisoner. I have the complete case files of the two cases including, but not limited to claims; amended claims; answers and related filings; medical records; requests for information via foil and all relevant directives and investigative documentation.
