i was reared ended in October 2015 while stopped at a red light and suffered injuries, in November i was rear ended by a drunk driver that left the sence but was caught by the police my car was totaled 2015 Nissan Altima i suffered broken bones had to have surgery burns from the airbag bruised ribs badly spring neck back injury my question is my attorney wants to combine both cases together can that be done and if so why

Your attorney cannot combine the 2 cases. Each accident has its kwn swr of facts and injuries that need to be addressed. Moreover, you are most likely going against 2 separate insurance companies.
