Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

I recieved a head injury in a major home improvement store. It required a plastic surgeon to stitch my forehead and nose. Should I have an attorney prior to speaking to their insurance company?

Absolutely. An insurance company will take advantage of an unrepresented person 100% of the time. A good lawyer can get anywhere from 5x to 100x what you could get on your own.

If you need to speak with someone today, give me a call or send me an email.

Consultation is complimentary.

A great lawyer protects you. Make sure you hire an attorney that is experienced in fighting home improvement stores. They typically will try and get you to settle for significantly less than the case value.
