School Injury

My son's leg was broken in two spots and he need two surgeries during a football practice at school under the coaches supervision; this may impact his future in sports; do we have a legal course of action?

It depends on various factors, including the level of supervision, the activities being performed by your son when the injury occurred and whether the coaching staff had knowledge of any physical complaints or pre-existing injury by your son.

You may have legal recourse, however more facts are needed to make that determination, such as the level of supervision, practice conditions, notice of prior problems, etc. Please also be aware that if you are looking to bring an action against a public school, there are very strict time limits that must be complied with.
