what should i do
i settles a suit not to long ago, but on my behalf i let the checks expire. to my suprise my current lawyer has not ans has not done anything for me. how long do i have to get these reissued to me, and can i have them reissued.

I would need to know more information. Who did you settle with. Did you sign a release, a stipulation. When were the original checks issued, who issued them. Who sent you the check that expired.
