Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York
Had a severe choking cough intermittently and not feeling well for last month. Seen by urgent care and denied me care, denied my documented illness, dr. was bullying and abusive to where I had to leave the office. I informed her that I shouldn't pay for the visit due to her abusive behavior and negligence, where she informed me "you will get a bill". I spoke with the office manager, and made a complaint with my insurance company while on the phone with them I experienced a panic attack. A couple of days later I had to be seen in the ER where I had an infection, tachycardia, shortness of breath, hand swelling, with trigger finger in both hands, which I'm in PT for currently. This doctors and Pas negligence and abusive behavior caused my condition to become critical.

While no question seems to be explicitly included in your post, I assume that the question is "Is this a case worth pursuing?" If this is your question then the answer is most likely to be no. Unless there is concrete documentation and medical opinion to corroborate your assertion that the bad experience in the Urgent Care facility aggravated your condition, then there is not a case that would be worth suing. Paying doctors to testify that the visit had this medical impact would offset the likely recovery to a very large degree. Complain to the Department of Health. There are online forms for doing so.
