Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

sexual harrasment leading to personal disfigurement

My question is that I was working at this company where the manager was coming on to me and when i refused . He threathen to tell me that i give him no choice but to cast a spell on me so he can control me and i will give him any sexual favor that he desire and then after that he indeed disfigured my private parts. Do you think that i have a case in which i can sue him. I can have medical record to prove it. it has destroy me and my future.

If I understand your question, you have a potential claim for sexual harassment against the company you worked for, if they were aware the manager was harassing you. If you complained,

and they did nothing, it is a classic situation.

It is possible you may also have a claim if the company was not specifically aware of the situation with you and the manager. It depends on the facts.
