Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

I have a slip and fall case in NYC that my attorney filed in 2013. Can I change attorneys at this late date? It seems nothing has been done for the last year. Every entity has been disposed. I've requested a trial date but my attorney seems to be way over his head in this or just not capable enough.
