Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York
My son won a law suit when he was 13 he is now 17 I know the money can not be touched till he is 18.we are about to lose our house of we don't pay 5000 in 30 days,so my question is,is there anyway to get this money

It is possible a judge will allow the release of some money from an infant's compromised settlement, under dire circumstances. A motion must be made. Speak with the attorney handling the case about this. Best, M. E. Zuller
