how much can i sue for in supreme court for malicious prosecution and false allegations, as well as unlaw eviction

Civil procedure rules no longer allow for a specific amount to be stated in a complaint filed in Supreme Court. One simply states the amount sued for exceeds the jurisdictional limits of all lower courts. Best, M. E. Zuller
