Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

I'm being sued

I was in an one car accident with my bestfriend and now she is sueing me. She had surgery to have a disc removed. But before she had her discogram, which was a year and a half after the car accident, she fell. Plus she offered to give me some of the money. Now she is turning it around and saying that she offered to pay me back for the help I gave her. She admitted it to me in front of my mother and brother and my ex-roommate. What can I do?

Re: I'm being sued

If you have been sued and your insurance company has hired a lawyer for you, you should share all this information with your lawyer and if there is no lawyer yet you should share it with your insurance company.
