Sueing Sprint for Emotional Distress
I have been a sprint customer for 4 years and they have driven me insane and caused me depression several times becuase they have taken my money, refused to return it becuase of a billing error, ported my number out without my permission and have caused me to spend what i estimate to be 60+ hours on the phoen with customer service, serious interfering with my life and causing me serious distress, my girlfriend thinks im insane because of how stressed out sprints causes me to be. I would like a very agressive personal injury lawyer to help bring suit and potentially put together a class action suit against sprint becuase of how they screw customers.

Whether its sprint or something else, intentional infliction of emotional distress is a very hard cause of action to suceed on in NY.

Try breach of contract.
