You will have a case if Walmart had notice (actual or constructive) of the defective condition prior to the happening of the accident. You should speak with an attorney immeadiately to protect your rights. Our office has been practicing personal injury law for over forty years and can answer any questions you may have.

Yes, you could have a case. Let's talk. 212-279-8833, ext. 11. Best, M. E. Zuller
You could possibly have a case. But this depends on whether Walmart had actual or constructive notice of the wet floor. It will take an investigation to find out. You should know that slip and fall cases such as these can be difficult. Please call our office to discuss your case.

You may have a case if Walmart knew of the water on the floor prior to your fall or it was obvious enough that they should have know of the water hazard.
