Tort law liability
MY wife fell in a hospital hallway torn tendon in shoulder.witness in hospital who helped her up had 2 offices in hospital.says she fell in front of wrong office. ins co. denying claim could anything be done based that he is the only witness?

The first issue is what caused the fall? If it was a defective or wet floor or something like that, there is likely a case. I handled a case a few years ago where someone was knocked down in front of a doctor's office. The doctor denied it happend but we settled the case. Feel free to contact me.
