Traffic Accident
A commercial truck upon crossing a bridge under construction drifted over into my lane and brushed my car. The rear right quater panel. There is a little damage not much. If the claims examiner denies my claim. What action can I take for the repair of my car.

If you have collision coverage, why would the claims examiner deny your claim?
Was there a police report?
You could sue the owner of the truck for the damage caused by his negligence, probably even in small claims court.
