Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

My wife's son won a lawsuit and couldn't touch the money until he was 18. Both of their names were on it because he was a minor. He took all the money out the bank and refuses to give her anything or use it to get his injury fixed. Can she take any action.

You should talk to a Surrogate's Court lawyer about this. It depends on what the jury awarded your wife and her kid. This is not a contingency fee case and will cost money for a consultation.
