Legal Question in Product Liability in New York

hey can i sue?

i asked a question but no one answered it... i was hit by an old guy in a car accident. he was totally at fault. i really just want to know if i can sue this guy for bring up my car insurance rates since he was so nenlegant and has caused me financhal harm... if so THEN i will call you to sue him. please dont just reply with your number i can use the yellow pages for that. thank you.

You can only sue if the accident cause you physical injury or damage to your vehicle. The increase in your insurance premium is not something you can recover.
