I�m living in Europe, and i bought a computer motherboard (140$ + tax) in a computer store Manhattan NY, about 1 month ago, and it�s faulty.

You should deal with the manufacturer directly. Your research should provide a distributor, seller or service center within close proximity to where you live. Otherwise, try connecting via computer with the manufacturer.
