Legal Question in Product Liability in New York
Hi, I have a question. I am about to send out a sample of my own face cream( i made it). I am not charging anybody any money for the sample. I am simply giving it out for free. If somebody has a bad reaction to the cream, am i legally held responsible? Can i be sued?

You can always be sued. But you will only be held liable if you were found to be negligent in some fashion. Best to be safe and protect yourself with adequate insurance. Speak to a lawyer for advice. Best wishes,
