Can an 11 story building be a 2 unit condominium, one unit is floors 1-6 and the second unit is floors 7-11, and also be rent stabilized (SRO units on floors 7-11, and studio apt.s on floors 3, 4, 5, and 6)?

Yes. The building is organized into two separate ,one for each condo. The uses of each condo can be different.
