add name to house deed
what form did i need to add my fathers name to the house deed it is now only in my mothers name thanks

Your mother can grant a deed to both herself and your father should she so choose. If the property is subject to any moprtgage or lien, this may be a problem. Your mother may also wish to consider the Estate and Tax planning consequences of this transaction.
