Is it possible to add a name to a property deed (house)? And are there any implications (ex. tax)?

Re: Adding a name to a property deed

A property owner can add anyones name to a deed. It is relatively simple, but the new deed should be drawn by an attorney, because there are different types of ownership, and this must be discussed.

The person who is added to a deed can be held liable for real estate taxes.
