adding a name to a title
My parents own their home with no mortgage.They would like to add my name to the title. What forms do they need to fill out?

A deed properly executed. Be aware that there may be some gift tax issues. There may be a better way by reserving a life estate for themselves and leaving you the remainder. This can also be done with the deed alone.
