Adverse Possession

Could a person be granted property through adverse possession if the property was willed to someone else, but that person didn't find out is was willed to them until after the statutory period for adverse possession - the person who is filing for adverse possession has been farming the land.

No one gets granted adverse possession. It requires a court proceeding and a judicial determination.
